Me too! And I'm no prude, I just like seduction. I was listening to one of those music reaction sites. And the reviewer was listening to Hall and Oat's 'One on One' and I had to comment, that song was back in the day when seduction was a 'thing'. Young people have no idea how much fun that game was back in the day.

I think often about this seduction of America. "Remembering Pretty" might be an apt title for an engaging article or even book. I remember the mystery, the intimacy, the communication that was once so valued between men and women. The great films of that time (i.e. A Man And A Woman) in which women had yet to be whittled up into mere objects of seduction and men were not yet perceived as "the enemy".

So many people now are single. I was married 25 yrs and I am single. While hooking up isn't satisfying after a certain point, neither is a relationship just to be in one. Good for both of you ladies that you're happy with your husbands and presumably the sex. What about people who are sexually ignored in their marriage, or who are single? For so long the traditionalist/conservativist thought "Do we really need to talk so openly about sexuality." Well if we don't, the progressive diverse experimentalist will own the show. Pedophilia is condemned by both the Church and as of right now society - but that will probably change if Hollywood has its way. Jesus warned us that evil will try to take down His Church but would never succeed. For 2000 years evil has tried both within the Church and from outside of the Church to destroy the Church, but here it stands 2000 years later - lasting longer than any government. Back to the point of this KZbin video, casual, meaningless sex is destroying people. Once the act of sex was divorces from creating new life and creating families, confusion abounded. At the altar of free love millions upon millions of babies are sacrificed. It is the gravest evil of all today. Then there is the high divorce rates and all the broken home resulting in so much pain and poverty. As far as pedophilia goes it is rampant in all of society (which is NOT to excuse the priests). Look at Hollywood, the Olympics, the Boy Scouts, public schools, within families.... All people are fallen and have the same capacity for being evil. No group is exempt from this fact. Sexual mores reflect the sex ratio in the cohort. So in the 1950s, when there were relatively few women in colleges, they set the terms of interaction. Guys got nowhere by being pushy and disrespectful, etc. Nowadays, with women predominating in college, men set the terms of interaction. If you aren't willing to put out, the guys move on to someone who will. And because they have so much choice, they will succeed.
