Right now, the so called political action groups like IPAC are trying to push their contract party leaders to stay at their Karya karta house... but RSS is doing it for ages....I really feel that political grooming institutions should come up in India... its high time that we do it, otherwise there would be no opposition and India will be an autocratic state by default, and more than ruling party opposition would be responsible for long term... Period.

Bhai it just a example. During my RSS days we celebrate samrasta divas before makar sankraanti. On this everybody brings some items from their home like poha, jaggery, murmura, till ke laddu, gajak, dudha dhundhi one type of eastern UP home made sweet and other edible items. We collect from everyone and mix them and distributed among each other. Their is nothing like caste and religion. We all are bhaiya. We sing together " Shoshit pidita dalit jano ke bhagya jagane wale hum " and " Har bala devi ki pratima bachha bacha ram hai " . I love my RSS school days and they our education, our culture and our values. Sangh shakti yuge yuge 🙏

I was educated in a convent school and, unfortunately, was subjected to propaganda that led me to believe that my religion was at fault and that organizations like the RSS were detrimental to the secular nature of India. This was despite my parents being religious and always trying to educate me and my siblings about the inclusive nature of Hindu beliefs and the wrongdoings associated with some other religious teachings.In college, my like-minded friends considered ABVP a gang of goons. Interestingly, only those who somehow knew my surname were aware that I was Maharashtrian, as I felt it beneath me to speak in Marathi or even Hindi.Today, we are gaining more understanding about Hinduism through social media, since our textbooks only had two chapters on Shivaji Maharaj and one paragraph each on Rani Lakshmi Bai and Maharana Pratap. I am convinced that the only reason India remains secular is due to its Hindu majority. The teachings of the RSS seem akin to the principles of ancient Gurukuls, where students were encouraged to work collaboratively and solve problems together, unlike the competitive nature of modern schools.Please help me understand why, despite having a leadership incubator like the RSS, which promotes unity and collective problem-solving, it has remained politically unsuccessful for 60 years.

I admire RSS for their character building activity at young age to create good patriotic citizen. However I find RSS very poor in utilisation of Human Resources at their disposal. RSS had the best raw material available, middle class background boys, keen on doing well academically, very motivated, nationalistic mindset, etc not only boys but girls too. There is samiti also. Inspite of the best raw material RSS failed to fill Beauraucracy, judiciary, academia and military where the left had succeeded..RSS sends a Top ranking Engineer from a top ranking college, to northeast to conduct a shakha.. which can be run by any graduate..
