Europeans civilized them by enslaving them, colonizing their lands, extracting their resources and genociding them. Yeah true you are right. Also the infrastructure and technology in many countries the local people weren't even allowed to use it, many apartheid systems preventing the locals and white people who decided to live there from interacting because god forbid they mix with the pure arayan race or live in the same area. In my country the slave labour of our people was used to make our capital city and guess what? We were reglectated to the most poor areas and we were banned from walking around in certain parts of our own land during the Italian facist regime!!! After we kicked out the Italians the British occupied and then looted before leaving. Don't kid yourself. If Europeans truely wanted to help as you say they wouldn't have came in with guns to conquer the people.
