Better coaching, better players,hard work,better schemes,and time does lead to a better a better team . It’s a slow process but this coaching staff is way ahead of schedule. Future looks bright our Tigers. By the way, love your show.

I’m surprised with the Durham injury we’ve seen barely any Kaleb Jackson snaps, especially on 3rd downs and short yardage

Watching one of his runs you can see the coach trying to coach him up. It looks like they want him to run harder and hit holes harder.

Been saying for a while: LSU needs to put Nussmeier under center and run Kaleb Jackson out of the I formation. Clemson has a similar-sized RB (Phil Mafah) that they hand off to in the power I formation. Kaleb is a downhill runner, not an RPO runner.

Need to get all backs running. Defense will be scheming to stop passing. Now is the time to run ball. Those backs can run downhill. Use them.

Love seeing Sloan settle in. He is making adjustments the calls are coming in smoothly unlike week one imo. CBK is going to look like a genius if sloan keeps getting better. Our HC saw his ability to develop the qb position and u dont let him go call plays elsewhere bec ppl want the big name

Sloan has shown potential. Just needs to be consistent
@rachet0708Күн бұрын
He seems to struggle in the red zone. They can put on a flawless drive down the field and completely stall out in the red zone and end up kicking FGs. That could hurt them in a close game. It's a grow growing process, he will get it right. This staff could be one of the best ever at LSU, they are starting to gel and their potential is just waiting to explode. The future is so bright it is unreal.

When we lost Mike Denbrock, we lost an experienced, proven, premier OC. The job he did last year with JD5 and that FBS leading group was nothing short of Stellar. If he were still here, we'd be undefeated and favorites to win the Championship. Rather than replace him with another experienced, proven, premier OC (which this program richly deserves), BK installs an inexperienced, unproven, on-the-job-training experiment. How many points are we leaving on the field, while JS figures out how to call plays? The last 5 games will be unforgiving for anything but our best effort. I hope JS proves me wrong and exceeds expectations ...soon! Geaux Tigahz !!! 💪 ^v^

Anyone who thinks this defense isn’t clearly better is crazy. You basically have the same people and the people you did lose were really the best players from a year ago. I felt like last year LSU’s offense had to score every time in order to win and Jayden damn near did that in most games. LSU’s defense makes defensive stops when they have to. I agree, this defense with last years O wins the natty. It isn’t just Blake Baker, it’s Baker, Davis, Peoples, and Raymond and Whit Weeks :)

Congrats to Ramos. He's damn good.. Whit was a damn beast! He ran 4 consecutive big plays, including his interception on the 2. Hell, every player on the team is clicking except for Garrett Dellinger but hey, he's basically new to the slot. Nuss got lucky when hogs didn't pick off 3 of his throws. That crap will kill the tigers facing a good 2ndary, He's got to stop those wild throws into double and even triple coverage. My donation will go to whit this month.

So glad he brought back some guys from the previous defensive staff.....guys that worked directly with Dave Aranda....probably highly likely Aranda wouldn't give up a head coaching job to come back to be DC....a guy who while here as DC usually secured wins whenever his defense held the opponent under 24 even when our offense was lack lackluster....but since we can't get Aranda back...get the guys who coached on his staff

I think of Jim Mora every time I see Coaches pass on field goals especially early in the game and I know he’s thinking wth are you doing lol you have to have been around back then and listen to his press conferences to really know what I’m talking about, you don’t pass up points and you essentially don’t pass them up early, you see them pass up points in the first quarter now , you never saw that back then smh and it always seems to bite them at the end of games smh don’t make a lot of sense

This is why I'm cool with giving up a long TD run or busted coverage play every once in a while (as long as it doesn't lose the Tigers the game) because if they're a shut down D every week especially after last year Blake gonna be a HC somewhere quick fast and we need to keep Baker in BR lol. Tongue in cheek comment obviously i want the best for coaches and players but the selfish side of me i want BB coaching the defense for a loooong time

Coaching decisions are everything. I thought Baker was the best coach on the field for Ogeron"s last year. If you just look at the improvement of the Line Backers in that year you would come to that conclusion much less the defense in general. The qb situation that year was a disaster and that led to the Kelly era. I thought Baker was the only one I would keep and that included Davis and the CB coach. I thought when they let Baker go it was a gigantic mistake. ULTIMATELY that led to Kelly's having no chance for a NATTY in spite of a historic offense. If he never wins one IT WAS HIS OWN DECISION THAT COST HIM.
@georgeclapenstein7823Күн бұрын
