That's correct you have to purchase primary and secondary catless downpipes separately to replace the 2 stock cats. From what website are you ordering the Fi donwpipes? Without seeing the website in question we can't be certain whether the price reflects value of 1 or 2 downpipes. Usually they are separated. Carbon ceramic brakes do squeek a lot when they're cold. That's normal. And they will not stop you after a car wash .. at all. Talking from a full braking after a car wash in the parking lot since the car wouldn't brake.

M5 ccb typically has these contagious squeaking noise. Surprisingly, it's normal

Even the normal non-ccb brakes squeak. It's a known issue and yeah it's annoying. Supposedly you can replace the pads and it goes away.
