I think that this game's post launch will not just make or break this game, it'll make or break the series. A bigger group than ever it feels like is making this game the last chance. Especially with something like GTAVI around the corner they HAVE to deliver a good post launch for this game to make people like myself interested in CoD2025. No one seems to look forward to CoD2026 already because people have lost hope for Infinity Ward so if BO6 flops it's post launch then people will also lose all interest for CoD2025 and hope for Treyarch. I don't think Activision is stupid, they are aware of how people online are talking about the series, they have to be fully aware this is the last chance for alot of people. The more hardcore playerbase is of utmost importance because of their loyalty and they are aware. People might argue that Activision doesn't think that group is important because of SBMM but the thing people forget is that while we complain the most about it we ironically play the most still, that's why they're not listening to those complaints.

I do think the rest of the year will ultimately make or break this game. Seeing Treyarch listen to the feedback from CW, but still keep the systems that people enjoy but tweaked them slightly is great. Everything after this point though is what will really matter. My worry is that COD 2025 being another Black Ops game might mess with BO6’s post launch content. Also on a side note I apologize for my comment on your other video. I am never that defensive or hostile about anything, but I had a pretty awful day and let it out in the comments and you didn’t deserve that, much love to you though man.

Sad thing is they already have 95% of dlc for this game done and there just going to drip feed it to us. Game looks ok but not worth that price tag at all ill wait till its at leaat half price before i buy it.

I don’t understand how Activision allows Treyarch 4 years to develop a game and then a single year to make the next game. There’s going to be quality taken away from both projects and will make Treyarch look bad for factors that are out of their control yet again.

Seeing how Activision is currently treating Infinity Ward with a game they don’t want or will be able to release fixed in time yeah I can expect after S1 to be pretty lackluster to the point where people will double think about buying BO2025 especially those who don’t buy much games every year they’ll pick GTA6 over BO2025 because one has been given the attention and love it’s needed whilst the other will have the minimum amount of features in its launch, this game will be fun but I expect it to start getting lots of hate after Season 1

The thing is. I don't think they can afford to have the seasons past S1 be lackluster. The amount of people including myself who are saying they'll quit CoD and either just play the old games and/or switch to different games like GTAVI is way more than ever it feels like. big part because a game like GTA VI is so close. People are already just done with Infinity Ward, look at the interest for CoD2026, there's like none. BO6 can also just not afford to be lackluster because if the game with 4 years of development is lackluster then lots of people will just give up on CoD. Tldr: It can't fail because if it does i think a noticable amount of people will finally ditch the series.
