My description of a typical any love story based movie: There would be this cool guy who doesn't give a shit about other girls who has a crush on him. Then one day he'll see this girl coming towards him thinking she's going to propose him or something. But she ignored him and gets away from there. Making him thinking about her all day and night. Now he'll start stalking her (a song) after a lot of stalking and talking she fell in love coz she saw him helping this random grandma. Another song where the girl is being all happy coz she fall in love! Now both being lovey dovey another song started. Then their would would be this guy who also likes her but she rejected him in the past and now when he saw her with the hero he is jealous and he want her really badly. He'll typically hire these bodybuilders who'll kidnap the girl. The hero got to know about this coz of the girls parents and somehow we'll reach the place where she have been kept. Now he'll kill all the bad guys and will save her. The villain will come at the last and the hero will get beaten badly but at the end he'll win. The hero happy, heroine happy, their parent's happy and typical happy ending with a song of course! 🙂 (Sorry for my bad english)

Being healthy is what's important, not what's acceptable to society. If you really want to oppose society's view of women being skinny af, don't take part in it. I am a guy who's been overweight for most of my life and used to get bullied hard when I was very young (until I got top grades in class and their parents wanted them to befriend me lol). Gonna join the gym again after lockdown is over and I genuinely wanna get fit. Hope you can feel the same someday:)

Now this is not limited to Bollywood only. Yesterday I saw South movie on T.V, where the girl is going to marry a guy who was chosen by her dead parents. The guy was Don type person but due to love decided to leave it. Now a random hero comes stalks the girl around until he helps her friend and she fell in love. Now to fix the whole marriage situation with the other guy, Hero has his uncle kidnap the Heroine. The uncle pretends to be a rival of the retired Don guy. The guy goes alone to rescue her but fails and HERO comes and rescues them and beat his actor uncle. The guy thinking HERO is the better one steps aside and lets Hero and Heroine marry!!! Plus the Heroine never knew that she was not kidnapped by a goon!!!!

I think men are objectified too but not in a sexual manner (well, sometimes they are). Mostly, men in bollywood are shown as a "perfect man" who is physically strongest of all, completely 100% selfless, and has no emotional weakness implying no matter how depressing and traumatic the events in his life may be, he will never break. No PTSD or other mental issues. A He-man of sorts who will in the end sort out everything for everyone with little to no help from others. Even a man is a human being. He needs support and help too from his family and friends. It's wonderful to celebrate a man's masculinity but bollywood tends to overdo it and pressure the man into being the one who should be invincible. But no one is invincible in real life.

The population also increase peer pressure and peer pressure is a deadly part of this. In my school people who watched movies ( Bollywood wale) used to discuss all about this shit. I remember one buy tried to punch me in my balls and he obviously missed( {: Cause I'm a master of speed) And then he started pleading me to not report this to my class teacher. He claimed that he was inspired by tiger shroff ( literally) And I was an Idiot back then so I didn't think much of it. Recently after this lockdown I got sometime to fill myself with internet content. I knew what anime was cause I followed beastboyshub but now I got to actually watch anime. It is also an important point that parents don't give their kids access to the internet (With exceptions of course, this was for people who get triggered easily) , I was one of them but since II started Watching anime and used the internet to knock sense into me I've been disgusted on my past self.
