I’m not surprised that Bradford got the title. Just by what I know of the city, being a multicultural hub with some world renowned buildings such as Lister Mill and those in Saltaire, and by watching their bid video it just struck me as the winner. It’s a place that can create growth as well which I feel is an important factor within these winners. My only concern for a reason it wouldn’t win is because Hull, which is in the same region, won only 8 years ago and they may have wanted to spread the opportunity to other regions. Bradford truest deserve it though!
