Overall a very good video, just One correction here. BSF is NOT a Paramilitary force. Paramilitary forces are the forces trained and equipped like the armed forces and have specific role alongside armed forces in war mainly rear area security. There are only three Paramilitary forces in India, Rashtriya Rifles, Assam Rifles and Coast Guard. All other forces like BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, SSB etc are not paramilitary but Central Armed Police Forces CAPFs. The role is of policing and aid to civil authority including counter insurgency operations.

@@gurnamsingh9879 We take the example of the army deployment, There are three full corps (one corps is roughly 80,000 soldiers, tanks, artillery and other stuff), one armoured division (the strongest force in any military), one complete field army (a field army is two or more corps and allied troops anywhere between 1.5 to 3 lakh troops, tanks, artillery, missiles etc) does that mean the army is ruling punjab? BSF has a strict mandate on "security" of International Border especially with Pakistan and Bangladesh where the aim is to stop trespass, smuggling and drug trafficking duting peace time and support army to gather intelligence in war. The BSF was raised in 1966 after the 1965 war where it was realised that the army is an offensive force and cannot be tied up in defensive arrangements by "sitting" on borders to "defend" which was the reason we faced defeat at crucial points in 65 as mindset was defensive. So the routine "security" was given in the new raised police force called the BSF. Similar to this concept of BSF against Pakistan, we have other police forces deployed against Nepal called Sashatra Seema Bal SSB, against China in Ladakh and Arunachal called Indo Tibetian Border Police ITBP. These all central police forces are under ministry of home affairs and only in war they are given under operational control of the army. Now the role given to these forces have become too difficult to perform with advancement of drones. Drones have increased the range of Pakistan in its anti India weapon smuggling and drug trafficking operations. To counter this the responsibility of BSF has been increased. This has got no relevance on the people, because people will as usual deal with police for all policing matters. It is like there is a CBI in this country with jurisdiction all over the country but still any murder or crime is investigated by the police and only if they fail, the CBI is involved. Same goes with BSF. BSF "capture" or "controlling" Punjab is a Khalistan/Pakistani propaganda nothing else.

Even in political weddings, these are used. They are then hired to whoever provides money with no questions asked
