As a Browns fan, I appreciate everything he did for the Browns- he brought the franchise out of the ashes of two winless seasons, and made winning football games a regular thing. I'm happy for him resurrecting his career in Tampa- how can you not root for him? Browns decided to pursue another direction and went all in on Deshaun Watson when they had the chance- we'll see if it works out. Maybe we'll face each other in a Super Bowl. Wouldn't be the worst thing.

People like to point out his game ending interceptions, but he also had games like the Ram and, getting 1st down against Steelers to get to playoff, and 2023 Falcon game. Many times, he put the team score in front in 4th and the defense gave in.

His best season because of the offense around him, but you sort by rating and yards per game and Carr's, who is on the edge, has a better completion percentage, 300-yard games, and rating, they are close in yards. Carr was with a team top 10 in points and Tampa is below the Bears in points with Fields and 1/3 of Baker's 100 rating and 300-yard games. Carr already has a solid 10-year, well-paid career, Mayfield is still on the edge still looking for his first NFL contract, it may have something to do with his height but mostly individual and team results.
