Yeah man.. I been feeling buggy for a long time. Dude aint evil. He had a reason i never thought it was the map or the fruit. Like it always had to shanks fucked him over. Not that shanks really did anything wrong. But buggy believed in him and was crushed. Buggys rise was precariously ridiculous.. It was hard and it involved alot of misplaced anger. Buggy is literally the best character. Usopp second. Garp third. These dudes being challenged emotionally mentally and physically constantly. I feel for them. You make a good point, but the best part of your "pirates give up on their dreams" is the fact that the Straw Hats each have a different dream. Luffy wants to be King of the Pirates, but everybody else wants something different.They're not supporting him because they gave up on their own dreams, they're supporting him because he's supporting them in their own dreams. This idea basically draws a line between the Straw Hats and every single other pirate crew out there.

I wonder if Buggy might send a scouting party to the island where he and Shanks stayed while Roger was heading to Laugh Tale. That way, he could find out if it can work as a starting point for his pursuit of the One Piece. If Shanks or the Marines or anybody else getting in his way set up a strong presence on the island, then a scouting party could warn Buggy ahead of time and stop him from sailing into a battle he can otherwise avoid. Not to mention, gathering info on any such setup.

I'll be honest I think a lot of people in universe, and out of universe really underestimates Buggy, honestly I think Buggy even does it as well. I believe that Buggy is a lot stronger than even he gives himself credit for he was on Roger's Crew for Garp stake. I think Buggy has spend so long beating himself down, and living in fear he's convinced himself that he's really weak. But with Buggy now reigniting that spark in himself I think that would get rid of his biggest limiter on himself. His own fears, and insecurities . Buggy without anything to fear might make him become an even greater threat than anyone could have ever could of logically guess. Cause Buggy is very smart, and very creative. We've seen how skilled he is with the Bara Bara no Mi which is impressive since I personally feel like that would be a hard fruit to master. I'm not saying that Buggy could beat up Crocodile, and Mihawk. But I think Buggy could manage to hatch a brilliant plan that catches everyone off guard.

I had a ridiculous theory about the One Piece and Imu that parallels Buggy and Luffy in the beginning of One Piece that I thought could never be true but this last chapter makes it a little more plausible based on Buggy's reaction here and how fast the Cross Guild is growing. It consists of Imu looking ridiculously funny similar to Buggy when Nami tied up his torso and body pieces in Orange Town and he was forced to wander the East Blue in the cover story arc looking goofy. What if Joy Boy, using his awaked his Nika Nika powers, removed some ridiculous part of Imu's body because he was rising to power in a cult-like way, the way Buggy is doing now. During which, Joy Boy made Imu look ridiculously funny and little in the void century. (In this theory Imu is actually tiny due to Joy Boy's powers and the straw hat at Mary Geoise is actually normal sized, we just are meant to believe the hat is huge because we never actually see Imu standing next to someone else for scale reference.) Forcing Imu to hide in the shadows while using his conned cult-like influence to run the world, much like Buggy. Meaning Imu doesn't actually have any powers, his subordinates do. Also, this would make the One Piece actually a piece of Imu's body but it looks so funny it would make anyone laugh at it. Causing Imu to hold an endless grudge towards Joy Boy and everyone from the D clan because they all probably laughed at his ridiculously funny form. Similarly to how Buggy holds a grudge towards people when he thinks they are making fun of his nose. It always seemed funny to me when I first came up with this theory how the Cross Guild symbol actually resembles the world government symbol and how they run the crew like a mini government/business instead of a pirate crew. Or how they made bounties like the marines do for pirates. And how Buggy's main subordinates - Alvida, Mohji, Richie, Cabaji, and Mr. 3 parallel the Gorosei. Or how Crocodile was so interested in Alabasta. Probably similar to how the Alabasta former king centuries ago thought Imu was just a fool like Buggy and just wanted to live in peace away from Imu's nonsense. I doubt any of this is true but it just seemed funny enough to be real in Oda's universe.

I think it wasn't so much the putting together of the crew or the dangers that stopped Shanks. He was ready for that, had basically seen a lot of what the seas had to offer. It was more about probably whatever Roger said to him. Whatever it was stopped Shanks from carrying out his original dream. And I think much of this has been put into motion from that point.

In regards to Shanks and Buggy being present when the Roger pirates pin-pointed LaughTale. I assumes when Shanks told Beckman that they were going to claim the One Piece, that they would just go to Laugh Tale and had no need for the Road Ponyglyphs, as I assumed that Shanks alreaady knew where it was. Plot twist: Buggy is actually as strong as Shanks, but his crew is not and never was, therefore he always wanted to lay low in order to protect them. The more I think about all of this, the better it gets. Let's think about what Mihawk and Crocodile are doing. They are basically playing politics, controlling people through the act of a fool in a literal circus to try to gain power and influence, letting their pride constantly get to them. THey have the power, influence, resources, everything they need to leave a mark in their own way and could even aim for the One Piece by themselves if they got off of their asses and actually went out to do it. But instead, they are hiding and doing politics that in the end the only thing that gets them is money. They have become politicians in a circus situated in an island called Empty Bluffs, where a pathetic clown that can't do anything by himself is above them at the eyes of the world, ordering them around. And the Clown understands better what it means to be a Pirate than them. Those two extremely feared and powerful people have fallen to the bottom, thrown around by the harshness of the world, when in reality they would be perfectly capable to making it and succeeding on their own. And if we think about what Buggy is saying... He could truly be resparking the flame in those two. Crocodile gave up in being the Pirate King after experiencing defeat, but now Buggy is pushing him again to the pursuit of the throne. And we don't know much of Mihawk, but he WAS at the execution of Roger, so he may be in a similar position. This Clown is basically making two people remember the joy the once had in their lives, when they pursued their dreams openly, and encouraging them to pursue them again. This is damn perfect...

This probably Isn't something that's going to happen but just for a second Hear Me Out Buggy is currently on a crew with Crocodile and Mihawk, One is the strongest swordsman in the world with an amazing handle on Haki, and the other is one of the most skilled Devil fruit users in the grand line. Crocodile is also smart enough to know that if buggy gets into a fight with someone even a tiny bit strong he will lose the the crew would go crashing to the ground, And buggy has 1. A devil fruit and 2. He fights using knives which are tiny swords... Buggy training arc. Not saying that Buggy would be on the level of the other emperors or anything but it is something that would be really nice to see. your comment of Shanks and Buggy not knowing where Laugh Tale is got me thinking that maybe its less that they dont know the general location, but more so that the island is physically almost inaccessible without information gained from Road Poneglyphs. Perhaps to give most wild idea I had while listening to that part is that maybe the island moves around. While this may seem... quite out there even for One piece lets remember, Zou is technically an island that moves, it does so on back of Zunesha but it does so. Another example is the island Moria used to create Thriller Bark. Yes it is an "ship" currently but also an island moving across oceans So maybe Laugh Tale is in somewhat similiar situation to these two, that it moves around but has set location it appears in only under specific conditions or at specific times. Even if the island doesnt move maybe there is something else preventing people who havent done the "proper route" so to speak from seeing or landing on the island

What strikes me as odd is how Shanks doesn't appear to have any ambition, yet his conquerors haki is insane. He must have a very strong ambition deep down to have that level of haki. Same with Garp, he also has a rather unambitious attitude, he isn't striving to be top of the marines yet has powerful conquerors haki. If Garp is the leader of Sword it might explain his secret ambitions. Shanks is playing the long game, and seems like his true goal is to stop Blackbeard from getting the One Piece, that might be his ambition rather than getting it himself.

I think Shanks' true ambition might be tied to what Roger told him after returning from Laughtale that made Shanks cry. I'm pretty sure Shanks knows about Joyboy and the Nika fruit . I think his conqueror's haki is so strong because more than becoming anything, like pirate king or a strong swordsman, etc., I think his ambition spreads across time and space in the sense that it might be to ensure joyboy's return and subsequent victory , for which he would have to become powerful and influential by any means

It's a misunderstanding/misconception that Ace gave up his dream and bowed his head to Whitebeard. Ace never wanted the One Piece, never wanted to become like Roger. When he met Whitebeard he found his true dream of finding family. His conviction to make Whitebeard pirate king was just him wanting to show the world that his found father was greater than his bio father. You can't add Ace into this group because his own dream and goals were always different from theirs.

I caught an alligator snapping turtle one time while fishing in my backyard. The thing was massive and actually ended up bending the hook but thankfully the hook came out. At first I thought I was snagged on a rock or a log it was so large. It was mostly calm and just sat there with its mouth open and eventually went back into the water. We named them Bowser because of the spiky shell. We also have common snapping turtles down here. They're smaller but way more aggressive.

About Shanks, he definitely sailed the grand line with his crew (and probably the new world) before coming back to the East Blue. His dialogue with Whitebeard is proof of that, when Whitebeard says that everyone was shocked that he returned from the East Blue without his arm and his hat. In fact, that means he came back to the East Blue for a reason, and that reason is probably tied with the One Piece or Luffy's fruit

I am about to go on a reaaally far stretch Was there not that small scene where Roger told something too Shanks that is yet unknown to us.. and Shanks cried? My headcanon for now is that.. Roger told Shanks that he can not go to Laughtale (for whatever reason). And what made Shank cry there was that he realized that he could not keep his promise to Buggy (his probably best friend at that time). Probably not what happened.. but I like the thought.

So, I believe that Buggy and Shanks should at least know the locations of all of the 4 ponegliphs. The question is how they are gonna read them. Straw Hats have Robin, Blackbeard has Pudding. So what is left for Buggy and Shanks? A man marked by flames?

By the way, it's kind of interesting if Bonny has any clue about his identity - when she was discovered by the Straw Hats, she was in some kind of storm, a tornado, and perhaps it was made by this Man

Honestly, with Buggy's luck, he might not even need the poneglyphs' prints to reach Laughtale 😂 As for Shanks, I think he can leverage his goodwill with Luffy to get Robin's help in deciphering them. Maybe he has someone from the 3 eyed tribe in his fleet. Or he can make another quick trip to wano (since he can seemingly just teleport at the speed he travels through the grandline 🙄) and maybe momo's grandfather could help him read them, IDK.

I live in Alabama and alligator snapping turtles are fairly common to see, in fact around two weeks ago on my way home from work, I stopped and hopped out because one was in the road and I grabbed him and took him across so he wouldn't get hit lol

Honestly a part of me has been thinking that when buggy first saw Luffy and the hat deep down he saw Roger in Luffy in a certain way and had a hunch Shanks passed on the hat and part of him thought something along the lines of “I’m going to test this kid to see if he’s truly the one who inherited the will of the captain and I want to see what shanks sees in this kid”

I asked this before but does buggy still have if-go-to-this-island-am-going-to-die decease? That was why he could not go to laughtell with Roger. Like if he still have it could you get close to laughtell as buggy is close to dying than just get the one piece? Or is he cured from it so now he can't find the island anymore.

You said in your previous video I sent that Shanks got the Hat as the crew disbanded. But we saw him before the crew disbanded with the hat on. At least we did in the anime I don't know if it's in the manga. Also Shanks and mihawk their battles echoed throughout the grand line. That kind of says to me that they happened in the Grand line.

I live in rural Tennessee and there is a pond on our property and there is a big alligator snapping turtle and it was at least 50 pounds when I caught it.

You know in hindsight, if Shanks does turn out to be evil (or at least on the side of the WG) I think it'd be most poetic for Buggy to be the one to try and fight him. Would he win? Oh hell no. But I think thats the kind of narrative that would make sense the most. Heck you could even throw Luffy into the ring on Buggy's side for one last team up if you wanted to. Imagine being Buggy and seeing this one person you always thought was better than you, the one that you thought was always going to be the pirate king, and then right when you finally get your groove back to try and go for it no matter what you find out that he had already submitted YEARS ago to the WG. Now up against the impossible odds of Shanks, do you think Buggy would run? Or do you think for the first time in years he'd stand and fight knowing he can't win directly with Shanks? Could Buggy's charisma beat Shanks' raw power?

It could also be the case that Shanks knows that he's not the next Pirate King and Joyboy. Related to Roger's last words to him, he was probably told to give the Nika fruit to the future Ace so he can become the next Pirate King.

What if! Buggy is not a total turn over? What if he does has some kind of power!? Maybe he has Haki in some why or he will develop some. Because see Buggy on the floor crushed by Crocodile and his Determination towards his goal, his eyes looks very like that Haki bloom kinda thing. My Idia with buggy is that his power is that he can use his Haki to inspire other to do the things for him , little bit like Belo Betty.
