Your personal sovereignty is under attack.
Choosing what you can and can't do with your body, what food you can and can't eat, and individual states are gaining more power over your life than the federal government has. Which makes me want to increase my personal sovereignty and one of the things I did recently as I shared in a recent video, is acquire land in Texas.
So today I am here to update you on what we've done along with...
🔥 What I think is going on in the world
🔥 Why you might need to do the same
🔥 Ranch update
and much more.

Solar? Battery systems? Water wells? Bulk-filtration? Smart property-security/monitoring for you while back on the beach? Space for a BTC mining operation? Bunkers for safety? Nuclear protection 👍🏽😁 Offering food grown on the farm (garden? Beef? Goats milk?) to AirBnB customers? Or wedding events? I'd "check that box" if I were coming in as a customer! So much potential! Exciting to watch and see Mark! A lot of friends up here in North Dallas! Come grab coffee sometime! Awesome video!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Hey Mark, What's happening is biblical prophecy. All hell will break loose. The bible states to get out of the cities... You won't be able to buy or sell if you don't go along with the globalist agenda... I've invested in solar and batteries with a hybrid car which will help with electric storage. Rain water tank for drinking and to feed my hydroponic indoor system.

Congratulations Mark on your Ponderosa. I'm an equestrienne so I totally appreciate your new piece of property. I wish you and your family well. You have always been so generous with your time and knowledge. May I suggest that you personally spend some time doing animal husbandry and planting the land. The closer you are to the dirt and nature the more healthy you will be. :)

I did the same thing this year Mark. Bought raw land and now I’m developing it. I look at this as part of my multiple asset plan for weathering the uncertainty/wealth transfer. I call this part of my portfolio my “High Ground Investment Strategy” and I ballance it with my “Under The Wave Investment Strategy.” Having investments from different asset classes means UP, down, sideways… I can sleep well at night and I always have a play during the day. Gotta say though… Land is a real game changer when it comes self-sovereignty… and this has certainly become more and more important beginning 2 years ago. Thank you for sharing your Texas Ranch! It’s good to know you and I are thinking from the same reference point. 💪

I love it! I too had a 100 acre ranch with 100 animals in California. The animals were a wash, between the vet, winter feed and getting picked off by predators or sickness. I also had two ranch hands who lived on the property. As an Airbnb experience, that is a great idea! Good luck!!! I moved out of CA and now live between AR and MS, mucho better in every aspect.

Great video Mark! I spent 3 months in Mexico after I was let go of my job because I didn't comply with their mandate. I bought 2,500 m2 of land there, it is still affordable although there are so many Europeans moving to Mexico, especially Oaxaca, and that is increasing the land value. You can buy an acre of land there, for 100,000 pesos! You can't beat that!

The animal husbandry is a hard lesson. Goats have issues with parasites, Dorper sheep are fairly resistant. Cattle are easy but require the equipment to handle them, shoots and such. If you can get people to work the ranch who know what they are doing. The garden is a whole game of learning in its self. Most of your goats are meat goats, dairy goats are another whole different world. I raised Nigerian dwarf goats for 15 years, milking twice daily for 305 days a year. Have sold them and raising white Dorpers sheep. I can butcher them myself if need be. Cattle processing takes special equipment and huge refrigerators…. The cattle market has really dropped due to the drought.

It’s not as nice as fertile but it’s an inflation hedge and gives me options should my personal sovereignty be threatened. Mark, I learned when I visited Australia, kangaroos are cute but can be aggressive sometimes. For an Airbnb, kangaroos may be too much of a financial risk liability with kids around, even adults. I agree with you, you do have a ranch, even though its a small ranch.

The hardest working animal on a farm is geese. Eggs for half the year, with no feed needed other than GRASS. Super hardy, and goslings grow as fast as industrial broiler chickens! The most gain, for the least input.

They are very useful. In Medieval times people even used goose fat as a skin emollient. Plus they can help for security as well. I saw on the Internet: "Geese have many instinctive traits that make them better guards than either humans or dogs, and all without any special training. They have been used as a low-tech security solution for centuries, and are still used to protect police stations in China and to patrol prison yards in Brazil."

@@alrinaleroux9229 That was so interesting, Alrina! I have a few geese, and they definitely do let you know when something is amiss! They also don't need all the medications that sheep, goats, cows, etc, do! Such easy-care animals, that come when called. They're delightful (though they do poo all over the driveway -- something about driveways, lol)

Keep your livestock pasture run off from going into the pond if possible. Grading, swales etc. You'll have thick algae over the entire pond surface. Happens in the Midwest, assume its an issue in Texas as well. If you rock line the pond, don't use limestone. Looks great, but same algae problem. Hopefully you have some non pasture surface area to direct runoff towards the pond. Otherwise home and outbuilding roofs can run to pond unless you're capturing that for irrigation needs. Good video.

Hi Mark, I have really enjoyed all your videos, I’ve been watching you for a long time, all your videos are very informative and you have a good way of explaining it. I have applied some of your ideas to my life, eg I’ve rented out my house in the UK 🇬🇧 and bought a house in the country side in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 we got a lot of land with it, so we can grow our own food not sure about animals, we are looking into drilling our own well for free water also financially living in Bulgaria is so so so much more cheaper than the Uk. The house cost £6K we have renovated it now, putting another £20K into the renovation. Total £26K we now have a nice two bed cottage all ours and paid off so thank you for the inspiration. Ok I’m just a bit confused. In the early days I heard you say how Californian was getting really bad and lots of people were leaving, then you went to live in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 where you were enjoying life. Watching your Ranch video today you said you were living in Californian. Have I missed something 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️ Keep up the great videos 😜👍 Regards Roly Robertson

It would be a good idea if you could prepare to enlarge the vegetable garden (get some extra fencing for when you need to do so). I recommend that you take a look at the Health and Homestead KZbin channel.

Hope your fences are the kind that can stop stray dogs from attacking the animals -- especially the smaller ones like the goats. They can do a lot of damage (they tend to bite and tear at an animal's groin or abdomen).
