but in short a bad designed brawler is when the brawler is not used as the way it was intended like lily and kit, lily was an assassin who struggled to make kills and has a free "get out of the jail card" while kit is a support used primarily as an assasin And for better or for worse all three modes of buzz lightyear work exactly as supercell intended

but yeah actually analysis of buzz traits makes it clear that he was designed to be the average noskill randoms favorite brawler every mode is great with autoaim every mode works great with camping in a bush, running out, unloading 3 shots, then getting back in a bush every mode has a fast unload so you cant really be punished for bad spacing 2/3 modes have a fast reload so you cant be punished for wasting ammo every mode is just a little too good so it has the ability to beat players better than the buzz the character is custom fitted to the playstyle of your average bad random
