The main dev for this game shoots pretty often, as is somewhat knowledgeable on compatible weapon receivers, ergo, and etc. It's a nice breath of fresh air coming from a game whose developer knows how weapon systems work.

As a rather occasional and not so hardcore Deadline player, I have a few tips. First, try your hand at sniping especially at maps like Nuristan where long range engagements can still be doable. Another tip is to press B for point aim. That can help a great deal in close quarters. Finally, instead of using a grenade you can reset your character to go back to the menu. Hope this helps.

@@ItsMeekoYT no problem. U can actually turn ur M4 into a somewhat workable designated marksman rifle by running a longer barrel and a scope. This turns it into what’s called a Mk. 12 Special Purpose Rifle or SPR that the US Military used in the early stages of the Global War on Terror.

There is actually spawn protection, however it only applies when youre inside of the spawn area (seen on the minimap.) The reason that guy was able to kill you is because you left your spawn and you dont get a temporary shield when first leaving it. Also, I completely agree with some of the wallbangs being complete bs. I think the issue is that the game only looks at the thickness of each wall the bullet is hitting and not the material that the wall is made of.

I have a scary amount of hours on this game and can confirm it takes awhile to understand the customisation, once you figure it out the builds you can make are incredible- I play a lot of AIRSOFT and even use the game to build guns before buying things to see roughly what the setup would look like- saves a ton on buying shit attachments I don’t end up using

One small detail people don't really pay attention to in this game is using a magnified optic while using night vision, It blurs it just like it does in real life. And there is spawn protection just very far back in your spawn so you can walk out a few steps and get shot.

By the way the SA-58 (modernized FAL) is kinda broken, its a one shot torso and you can put a 50 round drum mag. And the sight I think best for longer range or medium is the red ACOG either under a thumbscrew mount or the m-4 carry handle mount. its very stable for whatever reason. Do not use the mini acogs. I think they suck.

​@@ceoofswag6254. The only optics you should use are the swampfox 3x, elcan 4x (variable or fixed), or the Eotech vudu lpvo. They provide better stats to other optics or magnifier + sight combos. I generally like the LPVO since it provides with 1-6x variable zoom, best eye relief, and looks hella dope. The only downsides it has is that it is one of the heaviest optics, and it is incompatible with niggt vision.

Besides than that, there should be some protections at the point in KOTH, maybe classes for more teamwork, full mag inspects and chamber inspects to tell how many rounds you got and if the chamber is loaded, seperating scopes/sights/iron sights to make it easier and to be able to see other people spill blood when they are not shot for you for some immersion purposes.

It's hard to find something really worthy, but when you do it's usually peak games, just like this one's There's my list: Guts & Blackpowder (teamwork based game with unique idea of being in napoleopic era with zombies in there and very good realisation of it. The game itself is already unique) Centaura (was based on bf1. The main goal is to portray war atmosphere of chaos) Horizon Blue (Another war and teamwork based game that takes as an idea if ww1 was prolonged. Also with good graphics) Arsenal (it's very unique game due to it's gameplay: you don't have to worry about bullet's spread, only about aim) Hellmet (it's some kind of ready or not, but with mission being not to clear the whole building, but to finish task you have)

the thing about deadline is that only the attachment system is SOMEWHAT realistic, everything else is poorly balanced. also in my years of playing deadline, I've only seen a handful of players who know that rushing is actually the best tactic, you just need to be able to do it correctly, and then you will mop the floor with the other team. Too many people play it like RON or Squad. Its not a room clearing simulator, you need to move instead of holding an angle the whole match

My primary loadout is just a slightly modified M16a4 that looks like I pulled it out of a US armory. The other is a stock M16a1 pulled right out of Vietnam. No scopes, no 30 round mags, just pure chad M16. No secondaries for both so I can run quick and fast but I do carry grenades. I never use automatic so I have accurate fire. On the note of lots of stamina, that won't last when your loadout weighs 6 kg or higher. Getting shot right through a Bradley (It's an IFV not a tank) though.... that's a problem.

Still not realistic enough, the rifles still don't have replaceable triggers to determine how fast a rifle would react to a trigger press and replaceable recoil springs on how fast a rifle blows back the bolt and loads another round to the chamber, and still has unrealistic rifling spread and already becomes inaccurate in 5MOA at 100 yards.

Deadline is just deadline, the game is extremely questionable. They removed one old map which was pretty fire, not sure if they're revamping it or if it's totally gone, but we need that back ong. They also put absurd price tags over attachments, yeah some are reasonable, but when I go gun building and see I need to grind for a few hours, I really wish there was a seperate mode for those who liked to build guns. If anyone agrees with my opinions, it doesn't really matter if we tweet the deadline devs, they don't care.

This comment is not to meant to be me hating or mocking anyone but i do want to express my honesty to the internet. I do not understand how people get so surprised about Roblox when Developers put pure passion and hardwork into the game to make it look nice and it shocks fans that its a roblox game? People really do underestimate the Roblox Engine, sure the engine has its limitations, and other engines have limitations too for example S.T.A.L.K.E.R engine has its limitations too (Gunslinger modding if you know what i meant) but if you work hard on it you can improve it, even in-engine.

It shocks people mainly because its not like most other games on Roblox. Most games on roblox are simulators, tycoons etc. So seeing something thats out of the ordinary can be a bit shocking to some, which is the reason why I decided to cover it!

You should use a different background soundtrack. This one just too generic, well to be fair that's pretty much all copyright-free music these days. You could use video game OSTs instead since most of them don't have copyright to them. Keep experimenting until you find one that you think fits perfectly

@@ItsMeekoYT oh so that's what that thing was 😭 I've seen some people's builds in game and on the subreddit and people just got for high damage high weight or very imbalanced weapons ykyk modding a weapon in deadline is about how you use the gun so of you put an emphasis on high speed fights go for a 10'5 inch barrel if you like slower and precision fights go for a 20' or a 18' yk

​@ItsMeekoYT They wanted to add in progression to increase the lifetime of their game. Mind you, this isnt the final progression model and so I'm cautiously optimistic. I do agree however that the implementation of this first version of progression isnt the best

5:39 it's actually 240 studs. one stud is apparently 28cm so that works out to 67.2 metres

That's actually more useful, as someone whom makes random shit in roblox studio I've always used the 3 stud is roughly 1 meter rule, but 1 stud being 28 cm is far better
