Regarding Capital Gains Taxes: What are the pros and cons of selling a house that was inherited via a Will versus selling a house received via Revocable Trust? If receiving a house from someone before the person (who is gifting the house) passes, how would Capital Gains taxes be assessed for the person who the house is gifted?

Revocable grantor trusts receive a step up in basis at the grantor's death just like a will. So no pros or cons. Calculating gift basis is complicated and I recommend talking to a CPA or tax attorney.
