Case one is more suitable for TCRM. HIFU may damage the endometrium especially for submucusal myoma, thus cause infertiltiy in the future.

Sir m from Dubai -- but the American hospital told me it’s not valid for those female who trying to conceive HIFU is not suitable so wht u suggest ??? Is it true ??? I want to come to you for HIFU I have intramural foibroid but my heart is broken now becoz m trying to conceive
