How can I avoid charges on my account when using AWS Free Tier services?

1:29 Well, thats really feels like a misguidance, "Always free" does not states within a limit, it states "Always free", things like that should be changed to a proper statement or prosecuted as false advertisement.

What if i stop the instance intead of terminate will it still be chargerd ?

Hey there. You don't get charged for a stopped EC2 instance. No problem at all with the charges themselves, but you can't say a service is free if it has limits that will cost you something if you cross those limits. It'll make more sense to provide a service with less features and no limits and call it free instead "free with limits".
