Bro Joy, NZ is the only country who gave Visa of one plus 3. It means one yr of study and 3 yrs of work permit. If u could able complete one year diploma course,then u will definitely get the 3 yrs of work permit visa in NZ. It simply means any how u have to study there for one year. Bt hain, unfortunately if u would got faild in the exam , then they gave another chance for re attempt of ur exam. And if again u would fail in ur eaxm then u could not able to apply for work visa. But bro, the education in Nz is not tough as education in India. Passing percentage for students are around 65%. It includes 50% of your annual Attendance and 15% depends on you study. So dont worry about failure. U can definietly pass your exam. Also in this work permit period u can apply for PR also. This is how u can study + work and Settle in NZ. I had also made a enquiry in BBC immigration and they had provided me this valuable information that, how u can work n settle in NZ. Gud Luck...

Hi Abhishek, thanks for writing and sharing your impressive background. Due to the changes to New Zealand immigration law in 2018 you will not qualify for a direct resident visa. The two important criteria to be met after recent changes to policy are: 1) You should have skilled employment/offer of skilled employment in New Zealand or 2) You should have studied in New Zealand for at least 2 years leading to a doctorate or masters. If you do not have at least one of these, then a direct resident visa is ruled out. Plus you need to get 160 points for age, qualifications, work experience, etc and you need to be of good character and health. You can reach this points' threshold and also fulfill condition 1 above if you get a genuine job offer from New Zealand. But finding jobs directly here in New Zealand when you are not present in the country is almost impossible unless you are very qualified and experienced in one of our skill shortage areas. You need to be registered with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand, work atleast for 6 months under supervision and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.
