It is possible if you work in a Captive Company and get into a Leadership position and get out of that Manual tester tag. Once you reach into a leadership position and if you have strong domain knowledge especially in Capital Markets domain there are chances to reach that 30 lakhs p.a. If you work in a so called big Service Companies, their chances of getting this salary is relatively difficult. LEADERSHIP ROLE + AUTOMATION + STRONG DOMAIN EXPERTISE can get this package.

hi, if you learn devops tools like docker, maven, how to use git,github, jenkins. you can go into devops role if you learn these linux is important all these skills will attracts your rresume and you'll get very good package. Azure is good to have but for testers cloud nowledge will not help i think if u learn devops tools along with cloud then its excellent and azure is very easy than AWS and its having more demand in market.. i think this may help you. thankyou

Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP , ISTQB Test Manager any of these Certifications you can do. But Certification alone cannot help to efficiently perform in a Leadership role. Based on my personal experience I am saying this. Try to grow Internally in your Organization and get into any Leadership role. then these Certificates will help you.

Now a days all companies are expecting coding from manual tester's too. All manual tester's need to learn coding for automation of frontend screens and backend API's. It is a myth that no coding knowledge is required for manual testing, at least we need to know sql. Better stay with React Js or learn tools like SAP or Salesforce. Minimum coding is required anywhere.

Focus first few months in learning the process and adapting to the QA mindset. Won't say you have to stay 2 3 in a company to be able to do that, if you catch quicker than average folks good for you. Once you feel confident in your role make the switch. It's lucrative to hear that switch gives you amazing hike but after Mutiple switches in short span hr won't consider your profile (most wont). So even when you switch have multiple parameters that's important for you, hike can be a top priority but not the only one. Good luck.
