I just watched this teaching and I am so convicted in my heart because I have struggled so so much over the past year with my husband. I’ve been so angry and frustrated wanting to change him, teach him, cause him to be the man of God he claims to be but isn’t at All. He’s been mean and without mercy, unaffectionate. I’ve been constantly angry, even raging, criticizing. It’s been such a painful time, purely miserable in our home. But this message today has brought such clarity and new hope for the future. Fortunately we have both said we’re not going anywhere no matter what, we’re going stick to this marriage as we’ve both been married before and gone through divorce. But now I’m ready to lace up my boot straps and ride. Thank you Denise! God BLESS you and your family abundantly!!!!!❤❤❤❤

(Peggy) I love the teachings of my dear sister Denise, and this is one we really need a daily refresher on. I must add though; our mother's or grandmother's who were born again, yet poor examples of obedience through respect and submission did know better, I was raised by one. The Holy Spirit is our teacher too, even before those who are older in the Lord AND as long as God presents our choices of life through Him and death through sin before us, I believe my mother and grandmother were aware and fully participating, given over to disobedience to set a ungodly example of love and respect towards their family. Remember in the book of Revelation where God said, He loved Jezebel, did not want to destroy her, but she refused to repent? Jezebel knew what she was doing and who she sinned against. That spirit enters women and travels through the generations until confronted is more accurate than not knowing, because it is a practice. I just want a sister who may have been raised by such a Christian mother to understand that it may be true that they knew what they were doing, but deceived. We pray their deliverance, repent for the generations and end this evil curse stealing the joy in the home.

Titus 2:5 is a powerful Scripture fore for women of God to stand on when leading and teaching the younger women in the body of Christ. We are to be example in teaching and leading our younger women.
