All NRIs not necessarily will have an Indian phone number and Indian passport. If you don't have either one of them, it automatically disqualify you from having an aadhar number. Someone correct me if I am wrong with my understanding

We -husband and wife- are U S CITIZENS of Indian origin… we’ve our PAN & OCI CARDS & we pay our taxes by pan card…. WHY SHOULD WE HAVE THE AADHAR CARD?
