at 6:04 what do you mean by two different plates? are they of different material? Also what is the status of plates before connecting them to power supply, does one is +Vely charged and other is -vely charged? or the power supply is creating that PD?

Different plates in the sense physically different but of course of the same material. PD is created due to power supply. But sometimes capacitor may store charge in it, if it is previously connected to the power supply.

Near 6.50 u said electrons flow from +ve to -ve but electrons are more at -ve plate thts why the plate is negative and electron will from -ve to +ve that is opposite to the direction of current.

I watched many videos from you, but I have to say this one is so wrong. 1. the electrons cannot move from negative side to positive side in a electric field, it's the other way around. 2. Permittivity, you should re-check its definition. I would suggest you to delete this video to keep a good quality of your works.
