How a simple mindset shift transformed my life

The word "perfection" always seems to trigger in me a feeling best described as depressive. Like materialism, it's a mental, emotional chasing after something/someone that can never be realized. Any whiff satisfaction that may result is short-lived. Underlying all this (for me) is likely an unspoken fear. Though I have faced challenges, I sometimes wonder how much more I would do if I didn't allow fear to hold me back. Thank you for your wonderful videos!

Yeah sometimes we just need to let loose and face challenges and our fears head on. Life has more to offer when we accept the challenges face them and choose to be present in each moment fully. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for you thoughful comment.
