What software do you use to be able to make so many different effects ? Like that effect with the yellow circle moving at 1:33

I use PowerPoint, from which you can export the presentation as a video. The best tool is the "morph" transition. If you "morph" between a circle on one slide to the circle on a different spot on the next slide, the circle will glide from one spot to the other.
