I was looking for freezer meal prep and I came across this lady with a house if 10! You should check out some of her older videos from like 4 yrs ago. She meal preps for 10, with like 50 dinners, different lunches, preps breakfast like 80 breakfast burritos and even makes her own frozen pizza. Her kids help out here and there but her kitchen isn’t big so there’s not a lot of room for everyone at once. I was just blown away by her efficiency. But I guess a house of 10 will do that. Her name is Amy Maryon Edit: she also makes a French onion shredded beef sandwich mix to freeze. She cooks nonstop for 2-3 days most of her family’s meals for the whole month.

I totally get the thing about expanding the menu potentually beeing a problem. I had a business selling board games, and when I took in other games the total sales went down, while my expenses went up. Focus on what you're good at, refine it, make it even better, then perhaps take some baby steps and try out other things to see if it works out, but don't invest to much

In addition to that peanut butter comment. In philippines, they also use peanut butter in a dish called "kare kare" where the broth is made of peanut butter and the protein is beef tripe, beef intestine, beef skin. so yeah peanut butter can be use in savor dishes 😊
