Way better then CHER! For one reason she sang it live. In every so called live performance CHER has done promoting the song has been her pretending to sing into the microphone and looking ridiculous! Why does CHER do that? Why does she get a pass on doing that when other artist careers in music disappeared for doing lip singing? CXHER touts her long career in music yet she can't even sing her song live. She wonders why the industry does not give her much credit. (music fan's also).

CHER won't because she can't sing live very well that's why she always lip sings. Her singing voice is shot! In the recording studio they use all kinds of electronic and "AI" to perfect her voice. With what they can do today anyone can be made to sound like a great singer. This whole Christmas album CHER recorded has duets but they were all done virtually. The other singing did their part and CHER's much corrected part was added and edited together. these singers were NEVER together in the studio singing the song. Lady Ga, Ga wanted to do a duet with CHER several years ago but nixed doing it virtually . She wanted to do it together in the studio. Lady Ga, Ga sent CHER the song she had recorded but was unreleased. CHER took it upon her self to edit her voice in the song with Lady Ga, Ga apparently hoping Lady Ga,Ga would go along with it but nope. She hated it! This the duet never has happened. Lady Ga, Ga has to much integrity to lip sing in a what is suppose to be a live performance.

Another reason why Cher gave praise to Kelly for her rendition is because of the fact that no matter what song Kelly sings she resonates with the meaning behind it celebrates the OG artists of the songs and doesn’t take credit for the music. It’s literally Kelly’s version of a love letter to every artist who’s songs she sings

My Goodness! Kelly Clarkson is brilliant! She looks fantastic but she is beautiful inside and out no matter what. Just is so unhealthy to be too heavy. Society puts too much emphasis on weight but it definitely is not good to see someone putting too much weight on on the other hand. When I see that I can actually feel their discomfort. I have never heard Kelly Clarkson give a bad performance whether it is one of her own songs or someone else's song. I must say that she looks stunning. ♥️♥️♥️

Cher was so entertaining on the Graham Norton show in December (with none other than Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks & Timothy Chalomet sharing the couch with her. I couldn’t believe my luck in catching that episode of this iconic tv show, because I don’t have a television service, but just happened to be visiting a friend when we decided to watch a bit of tv and saw that a new episode of the GN show was on and said “Oh, let’s watch that!” I highly recommend catching it on KZbin if you missed it!). Cher herself said “I’m not a Cher fan, but this new Christmas album is *really* good”. And then she proceeded to premier this song. I was blown away with how much I enjoyed it. Cher was right, this one is become and instant Holiday classic!! 🎄
