@tahira, can you make a smaller videos (10 mins) each from the point of view of how parents need to talk/ teach about these things to their children (boys/ girls) … mostly focusing on what needs to be done rather than what not to do… each video could cover an age range , say (5-7 yrs ) , then (8-10 yrs) … The thing is in such long format videos there is a lot if information but we tend to forget it as it covers the whole gamut of problems … but smaller videos addressing age ranges would be easier for people to refer to

Reason that why people don't bother about mental health is that unlike physical health they don't understand that out comes of mental illness are problem e.g. if someone has physical pain they'll say oh, aah, ouch, everyone will understand, everyone understand understands fever. But in case of mental illness', output is like patient bothers other like being angry, irritating to others etc. people usually will consider their behavior as normal, in case of behaviors' issues people think they intentionally do that and won't consider it as ooh, aah, ouch of mental illness. Once I was depressed but during depression when I had fever, my father cared extra for me but to understand the symptoms the same way in case of mental illness (depression, anxiety, ADHD) doesn't usually happen but considerable up to some extent when psychiatrist say he/she has this issue and others around will then act accordingly up to some extent only but won't be caring to the mental patient 100%. Once I was depressed and as my decision making ability is weak, my sister who also had depression issues was driving me to office. Time to time I kept saying I want to go to office and I don't want to go to office. After some time she couldn't control her self and bet me on my face with her nails, even she herself kept having depression issues, later she regretted what she did as I was sick. Similarly when she was sick happened some/many times that I myself couldn't control my self and used to react instead of understanding that she is sick and that I should be patient with her, rest of the family members also mostly don't understand their ooh, aah, ouch of mental pain to act accordingly. People around think mental patient is doing drama, the way they act is intentional and they should just stop doing like that. People usually don't understand that they also need treatment just of for any physical illness. This is why my sister who died wanted to run a campaign in which there should be ads on TV for awareness of people for these mental patients.
