Ingredients:
3 deboned chicken drumsticks (or thighs)
Salt and white pepper (to taste)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp crushed garlic
Drizzle of oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese rice wine, and olive oil
1 egg
2 tbsp cornstarch
For the Chicken Burger Sauce:
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Drizzle of mustard
Sweet chili sauce (to taste)
Jalapeño slices (to taste)
Gherkin slices (to taste)
For Frying:
All-purpose flour
1 tsp cornstarch
For Assembly:
Burger buns (cut in half)

1 slice tomato

Instructions:
