Nzeogwu was a hit man, feared by both senior and junior colleagues. Ifeajuna betrayed the plan. That coup would have succeeded if Don Okafor took out Aguiyi Ironsi. But i believe Aguiyi was tipped before or during the H hour, and he escaped Don Okafor Hit squard

Nzeogwu was only found 4 days after his murder, his decomposing remains was what was flown to kaduna for proper burial. Pls see if you can Authenticate this.

There is no tracing facts to that. What I tell you is what can be verifiable. Now I am not saying it can not be truth but there is no written evidence to that claim as of the time of the making of this video.

If they knew he was inside of the vehicle, he would not have been killed but if fall into the wrong hands of the officers that didn't understand his assignments in his led coup he will possibly be killed! Gowon understood his plans, every high northern/western officers knew his visions and he lowkey paved way for the military but nobody yet get that tips. Nzeogwu was always my role model, he's visionary, he's revolutionary. He's more regarded as a northerner than an igbo man, more respect to him. If his felloe collaborator didn't fail him, we could see more of atleast a better Nigeria.

That is the reason why I don't like reading Nigerian history, especially the ones narrated by Nigerians. Everybody will say what they want us to believe, not necessary what actually happened. Five Majors, why they stroke, Five Majors why we stroke and lot of others. All full of contradictions

So Nzeogwu was a nationalist, but killed only the Northern leadership (biting the fingers that fed him), and a few in the South, but NONE form his tribe/section? Please!!!

Among the coup plotters their was a delegation of duties.Nzeogwu played his part. But some others failed in their duties,against what was planned

Nzeogwu was used and laid down. He was very courageous but couldn’t have been that stupid. He was like “let’s eliminate these corrupt leaders” but due to the way the coup went down, the north saw it as a regional/tribal quest for dominance and rightly so. Otherwise how could you an Igbo guy in the northern state of Kaduna, execute the prime minister and the northern premier who were both northerners? That on its own was a suicide mission. He couldn’t have been that stupid!! He was killed by Wushishi led team.
