You’re complaining about a couple icons on the desktop. Things thing is 1000% more efficient snappy and just all around faster. Tiny 11 installs with 40 something gb this thing comes with 14 gb lmao

tiny 11 takes less gb than ghost spectre it is not anywhere close to 40 gb, tiny 11 is used a ton for small devices

Im using this system for a few months and did not notice any issues, ghost toolbox is a cmd app for certain custom tweaks and to install some popular apps, not sure why it didnt work for you, a link to youtube on desktop is how they generate revenue from youtube mostly, so I will give them a pass, when you want to update your OS you always need to go get a link for it from their video description, its all just about making money from youtube, which I dont mind at all, because they give the system for free and it works great for me

If you have a file or files that are triggering false positives, and you know theyre false positives, excluding a folder is what your supposed to do. As an Android dev, a lot of tools to root Android phones (and Jailbreak iPhones) come us as false positives, because technically to Root/Jailbreak a phone, you need to exploit it with a payload. Thats the intended way to do it and its safe, but since it involves an active payload Windows Defender flags is as positive so I have to exclude my dev folder.

this yapping is beyond hilarious - Ghost Spectre himself don't even have Facebook, nor even put those two icon inside the OS because he doesn't even have Reddit, Discord, etc... - The Toolbox is what made this OS great, unlike anything else that don't even let you reinstall what they removed promptly, which requires internet for indexing In my defence, using GS got that feel of Windows LTSC, with extra steps & tweaks, cherry on top is the toolbox give users choices to do whatever they want to, unlike Revi just being picky with a WingetUI that cant even install libraries right Highly recommended to use GS, this is came from someone actually look inside GS and helped people installing GS, instead of just looking at 2 "out of nowhere" icons on the desktop with an offline Virtual Machine (use a VPN lmao) - ppie -

My bitdefender found malware on the setup.exe files for all his isos upto v9. Everything I tried to make a bootable usb, bitdefender would remove the setup.exe Plus there were remote connection certificates installed when I finally got windows to install after turning off my bitdender to make a bootable usb. STAY away from ghost spectre isos. I even told him on his youtube channel but he removed my comments.

@@FoxyDrew i've been a ghost spectre user ever since 2020 when there were just windows 10, the OS is better and faster than the stock windows for sure since a lot of useless services are removed like print spooler, telemetry etc (and i'm too lazy to do everything by myself, yes) and i never had any single issue regarding security.. i am using my own antivirus not windows defender and never had a virus in my PC because i also use common sense and stay away from fishy things. Moral of the story, if you don't work for the pentagon or fbi and you have precious files and stuff you wanna worry about, you're good with this os.

bitdefender would not help at all if it wasn't clean. The OS itself would have ways of establishing a connection to you without you ever knowing (if they ever intended for it). Antiviruses can't detect these things. This is the dangerous side of using 3rd party OS.

I've been using Windows since 3.0 and Windows has never been this bloated as in Windows 11. I remember all the clicks as absolute responsive, things open as you click on them without any delays. Because there was nothing constantly tracking you in those days. Even the fastest machine of today and even with a vanilla setup, there is lag at every turn. Daily use of computers has been a pain for about a decade. But with the Ghost Spectre, my PC is finally just as in those days. Right click opens menus immediately. Apps pop up right as you double click. I highly recommend.
