I think in the normal type of video where you just see people climbing and sending climbs (or failing), you rarely get the emotional dimension of this sport. That's why I loved this video so much! It shows a new side of climbing and what it really means to you.

Your videos are super inspiring and well-produced, and if being kind of a full-time youtuber is fun for you, I'd love to see your content pop up in my sub box more often, just makes me happy. Maybe a tip for you’re lighting in the van. The first part where you sit on the bed with you’re laptop has such a harsh light comming from beneath you which is’nt that flattering. If you shine a light to a white cloth or big paper you hang to the ceiling might be a much nicer solution. Did you stopped at a climbing gym or crag in belgium?

Catching up on some missed Emil videos and the message at the start was pretty heavy duty. You don't have a patreon or anything that we can sub to? Getting robbed for all that stuff sucks and if you're going full time on KZbin, then I think there'd be a good amount of us here who would be willing to be patreons to you. Just a thought. Take it easy guys and thanks for the awesome videos xx
@EmilAbrahamsson2 жыл бұрын
Hey, first off thanks a ton for the support and for saying so, I truly appreciate it. I’ve been debating with myself weather to start a patreon or not and I still haven’t fully decided. Since the release of this video I’ve also managed to spill water on my editing laptop. I was lucky and it survived with only some minor damages, but I think if decides to say goodbye forever a patreon might be the next step to make things work financially. For now, all I can say is thanks for offering, it truly means a lot knowing there are supporters out there!

Thieves will steal anything. Someone broke into my first car, and that cost me about 700 euros. All it took was a pair of sunglasses left visible inside, and that was it. They even stole a sweater from my old job which I don't really understand why someone would want lol. Anyhow, from now on all it is to it is to remove anything of importance/value inside, and open up any compartment/glovebox so you can see from the outside that there is nothing to steal(yeah I know it's harder to do with the rear of that van because there's no windows, so just remove valuables every single time is just needed). Same goes for bicycles as well. Every single bicycle I've owned has been stolen except the one's I keep inside my home. If it can be stolen, it will... Sadly. Anyhow, life does go on and it can happen to anyone.

@EmilAbrahamsson2 жыл бұрын
Hey mate! We’re looking into different solutions and have some that feel good for the side door and back door. Really basic but essentially just a bolted metal thing + a solid adjustable strap. For the front door we’re thinking of having like a metallic chain that locks the two different doors to each other
