My husband picked me up from work one day. I came out with a beach bucket. He asked why I had a bucket. I told him I went fishing with my client today lol 😂. He was looking in the bucket lol. I do that so he can stop trying to get out the bed to go fishing lol 😂. If I don’t take it with me he will try to get out the bed to bring me fish lol 😂. I made him a fishing pole out of pool noodles and a rope hanging out like fishing line lol 😂.

working w/alotta females, & i guess pretty much just being short staffed... i only talk to the ones i can.. some of these females r so damn ghetto, theyll be trying to fight u over anything. like is it really that serious for you? how the f do u work in the health field and u dont know how to choose ur battles better yet? anyways were always supposed to do rounds w/ the next shift. not that much do. but its more like a run down of health issues and the drama the residents caused. like assaults & what not. & if its the independent side, u give them that pager. which magically... most of ours is broke or mia... also side note but its kind of amusing and ironic how ppl may view home healthcare. ive seen some of my worst and "more challenging" type things in those type environments.

It’s true how the shift coming in behind you act but when they come in they waiting by the door don’t even give u time to put your bag down I was on night shift I had one aide who would go to cafeteria get breakfast and come to floor socializing like she was coming to a social gathering instead of coming to work I’m like Tracy if you are not on time you are on your own cos you know what clock in time in is early enough for report cos I’m not staying past clock out time I come in early enough to get report and half the time you still don’t report to me what is important to know
