Three years ago I got my first skates and binge watched your videos to help myself learn. Now I am sending over the same videos to one of my best friends for her to learn. I have skated EVERYWHERE, in the capitole city centre of Toulouse, in front of the Univeristy graduation hall in Manchester and any other place I could get them. And I honestly can’t thank you enough, you don’t just teach the technique you teach the flow and the vibe and it was really that that kept me on the skates. Much love your wayyyy

I haven't been skating for years, but I recently picked it back up a couple months ago and I'm really grateful for your tutorials. I've progressed pretty well I can now confidently skate backwards and spin on my skates. Thanks Dirty Deb!

I never thought about dropping and focusing on the inside edges when turning, but it makes so much sense! Can’t wait to try it out

Once you turn the head and shoulder, your body opens up right into the turn...Many people throw the body, you roll and shift the body in one motion instead...

Everyday I’m here , watching your vids just hoping, praying that just a bit of this information gets to my legs, body weight, mind , and soul so I can figure this the fuck out 😭😭😭😭😭

I’ve been looking for the reason, I just back into roller skating after breaking my ankle and was scared, I have custom Stacy’s and fibers learning to be advance skater! I’ve seen dirty videos since I was young but now I’m really trying to learn I’m only 23!

Good tips. I'm having trouble fully balancing on the foot I'm turning on to. Maybe I'm doing that throwing my chest around thing. I'll definitely have to work on that. Thanks for another great video! PS. I also need the other version.. How not to lose speed when I transition from back to front.... it feels like my back foot ( after the turn, the one I just took the weight off off ) is slipping out from under me costing me my momentum. Please make that video next :) . Thanks, Dirty!!

The talk at the end was so reassuring!!! You must've been a schoolteacher in the past because it feels like you know just what students need to hear sometimes. You touching on how when you're learning and things go well and then they don't like "That was good ..that was not" is spot on because I recorded myself a few nights ago FINALLY getting my front to back transition (on one side LOL) and nailing keeping speed but the next day I tried it and it was raggedy as hell LOL. I was annoyed but I didn't get discouraged because I know it takes time and I just gotta keep practicing but its nice to hear a professional confirm it. Keep up the videos you're really helping us !!!

I have a harder time keeping momentum when going backwards to forwards. Will you make a video on that too? I just watched your lesson 9 video last night, so the timing for this is so uncanny! ❤

Ì got back into skating, and I came across your channel. I must say..Gurl, you are the best teacher I have seen on KZbin. Easy to follow your instructions and most of all. You make it FUN. You definitely have a new subbie here. Can't wait to watch more videos. ❤🛼
