I don’t know a single other gaming community that rallies around their comp scene like Apex. Every streamer and content creator drops everything to watch ALGS. And it seems like the team behind ALGS and their content allow a ton of freedom to lean into the community’s jokes. I’ve never seen an Overwatch streamer watch OWL and they were sad when it died.
