If Mafia doesn’t receive some sort of buffs soon TOS is looking towards a grim future. Changing or deleting spy would help a lot, but giving mafia some more information roles would help give them the info lead to better combat towns population lead I think.

I think spy is actually good for maf, it gives them a decent default claim. It's the TS roles I think are the worst! They are too easy to confirm, Retri, Mayor, Trans, Escort (if there is a spy), and Medium (confirmed by dead info, other medium, or Retri)

The Problem is the town meta, Jailor comes out TP on him thats instant confrimed killing role that can kill anything. What didn't help here was all the TI Claims and 2 maf claiming TI, generally you dont want to overlap claims. I Kinda think removing a maf and a Town and adding another Neutral and an Any might make games more interesting and varied.

I figured your mafia buddies assumed werewolf would attack jailor, so they'd sac the consort to keep you alive while also letting the jailor die. If they had attacked jailor, they would have lost two mafia members to save one, plus they wouldn't have killed any other town. Of course this ended up being incorrect as the ww did not end up attacking jailor, but that's just my line of thinking for how the mafia came to the "don't attack jailor" conclusion.

Zero Tolerance janitor is insanely useful, consort is great, and hypnotist is also useful but it is very situational. Ambusher is 'meh' but it is fun to play as.

WW attacking jailor would have been his best play since 2 maf would die no matter what. if ww does nothing he loses, if ww attacks a random mafia he has a 33% chance to hit a jailed target, if ww attacks the jailor then he kills 2 mafia minimum (consort and mafioso in this case). If there is no consort then he would kill the mafioso and the jailor would kill whichever maf he had jailed. or....ww could always attack the quiet invest claim thinking he was mafia LOL.

The whole time Veep thought that there was only 2 mafia left when there was 3, and 1 mafia left when there was 2 and thought that there was a townie left. That's why he kept on saying that mafia didn't have the numbers and didn't vote with mafia at first despite the fact that they outnumbered everyone for the last few nights if Veep helped them.
