Philippines: Rich VIPs can drive in the bus lane blocking the entire line of buses meanwhile poor and middle class drivers will be forced to wait in traffic, and some drivers follow/tailgate the ambulance so they can get out of the traffic jam. Not related to cars but the road is not broken yet being broken down again so they can "repair" it.

OkayIndonesia/jakarta: heavy traffic jam because potholes is very long time to finish because workers are lazy(isonly when everbody in indonesia/jakarta finish job) . Modified buses with horn can sing/any song. Pajero/fortuner driver (any suv that lift up) like a mustang driver. And potholes get bigger ever day because nobody fixed the potholes (outside jakarta)

That commenter did Hungary DIRTYYY should have represented it with old cars with most of them STILL with stock engines tuned up to the max, or full on engine swaps. Most of those are used as rally cars and some are street legal as they can be registered as sport cars ("XXX XXX SP" for recognising them by number plate). I mean like old ladas and Trabant cars

Please make romania:higly over speed limit,with a bmw e46 it gets as close as possible to a back of a Dacia,overtakes at 200 kmph,his radio music can be heard from the outside of the car(typically bass),it gets spotted by a police man and while overtaking,he crashes into a truck on the opposite lane.ill be so happy if you would do my country❤
