Thank you, Jules, for excellent lesson. I am over 50 years old and after 3 years self learning guitar from KZbin community, this lesson unlocks my mind. So, from now on, I am able to create a solo over chords for my own even though horrible sounds but proudly it’s my own licks…

This is awesome video that breaks down the process of making solos that sound great without the trial and error path. The best part is that it forces you to break out the pentatonic boxes. Thank you for making this video and sharing your knowledge!

Great lesson! This is very helpful to start and learn and understand how to develop a melodic solo that’s in key and out of the “boxes” that I’ve been stuck in since I was a teenager!

This is exactly the lesson I've been looking for..........for the last couple of years I've been improvising just in the key of the song and although it sounds musical I want to be able to make it more melodic and following this example will allow me to focus on this

Its really work even if you dont start to the root note of each chord while landing aslong as it is in a scale of each chord. Thanks man
