We do love us some Myrtle Beach in the winter time. Yes the weather can be iffy, but if you're prepared a rainy day at the beach is still better than a sunny day anywhere else IMHO. If you stay away from the "residents roadway", that would be the 17 Bypass, at certain times of the day the traffic is light. There are no crowds to speak of anywhere. There are a few wintertime events that come, and go, i.e. softball tournaments and some events at the Convention center, but they are usually on a weekend. After next weeks stay we will return in October, and spend nearly 3 winter months (all total) at MB. Can't wait.😀 BTW, there will be quite a few excursions to NMB. There's a lot of good food up that way. LOL

I just arrived back in MB from SW Florida holiday. Temps in the 90s surf temperatures in the 80s , the snow birds 🐦 are not there yet, so traffic and crowds weren't an issue. Great display of our Grand Strand beaches in September!

We rent houses or condos from reality companies and we always purchase the trip insurance which is about 125-150 dollars in case of mother nature problems or AC failure as well. beach looks beautiful and waves calm now, yeah i know rip tides but those have to be low now. great time to be at the beach for sure. thanks for you walk and sharing its always great to watch your videos and listen to you narrate carmen!! I think the 2 red flags, you can be sighted with a ticket at their discretion. The birds will pull food right out your hands if you start feeding them. January is the best off season time to visit, in my opinion

We were there all last week. The ocean being closed was awful. The beach is why we chose that location. If ud gone down a little further (to Westgate) u probably would’ve seen us at the Swash 😊

That’s okay. We made the best of it. We go almost every year. We were fortunate to be able to go twice this summer so I can’t complain too much. Almost have hubs talked into making the move down there. I really can’t find a good reason not to.

Heading south 2 weeks from today. Regency Towers is home for a few weeks. South end is less crowded and more quiet. Rather be walking on the beach, compared to walking roads around the farm. Throw in some beach fishing and old friends, makes October the best. Hope to see on one of your adventures. 🏖

In MB right now. The weather has been great all week. We did get caught on the beach during the rainstorm on Wednesday. Our umbrella took a beating and everything got soaked including us. 😆 May and September are the best months in my opinion. Greatly weather, better rates and less busy. Great video!!

Usually the ocean water stays warm enough to swim through the month of September and usually the even the first two weeks of October but it varies each year.
