Anyone else in the comments think Culver's is the best and highest quality large fast food chain? I've been addicted and keep going back for their food especially the butter burgers since I was about 10 years old. Started eating here when they weren't around much, been awesome to watch the chain grow and still maintain such great customer service and food quality. Very impressive Culver's.

We make ours a little different. We usually put the first cheese on top of the second patty and leave the second one on the burger so the cheese doesn't stick to the top bun

Its not a butter burger by putting a little butter on the top bun. Mix room temp butter into the ground beef and then make the patties. Then after it is done, butter the top bun.

Putting a small smear of butter on a bun is not a butter burger, Solly's in Wisconsin can show you how it's done, a big dollop of butter at room temp on the bun after you put the burger/toppings on the bottom bun, butter melts as you eat one😊

It’s not taking any flavor out of the burger, but it’s creating a sear on the patty that you don’t get on other burgers- that’s why it’s better :)
