Amazing work guys. Your previous work exposing Reaves and DLO's defensive lapses really helped wake them up. They now put good effort on defense. So keep it coming.

I love how he aggressively attacks the basket. I know that he gets stuffed by the defender half of the time, but I still like the aggression. His reads will improve and he will develop the ability to change his angle of attack in air.

Man I’ve been watching you since the days you broke down Mozgov’s impact on the Lakers! 😅 I’ve been coming back to your content every week for yrs because you’re, hands down, the most insightful/consistent lakers content creator out there. Was so excited when you first joined the Lakers, and I’m even more excited for whatever you got cooking next. Thanks for what you do. I’m a Lakers fan, Mikeeeeey

Been waiting for a DK film session. Can’t wait for you to do another follow up on DK after all star break. And interested to see if JJ keeps him in the starting rotation once Vando or Rui gets back. Now let’s say they do, I wonder how Dalton and DLo pair with the second unit. Until then I’m not worried why fix something that’s not broken. Ride it and adjust accordingly. Coach Reddick has been great at it thus far. DK’s defensive shortcomings are in hindsight nothing I’m extremely worried about as much as his rhythm has carried and aided AD/Bron on the offense. I’m more happy to see Lakers offense relevant again. Again great work on LFR.

Good / Athletic enough to be finisher. i gave rui / vando / gabe and Draft assets for and elite two-way wing this team will be good.

love your stuff boss, seems like your resolution is really low on your videos, would be a huge fix
@LakerFilmRoom20 сағат бұрын
It is low. I'm mostly working with mostly 720p raw footage these days and then zooming in to 150% - 175%on most plays so the viewer can see what I'm talking about. I wish I had better raw footage to work with but I don't, and I'm also making a conscious decision to zoom in. Sorry it's gonna be a blurry year of LFR. Just want you to know that it bothers me too and if you have any suggested workarounds, I'm all ears.

Dalton Knecht comp is Klay Thompson
@johnrosa882721 сағат бұрын
5:05 is this not a moving screen ?!
@qwertyutopia46677 сағат бұрын
No actually. It’s like the draymond bs is actually legal. If you read the specific wording of the screen rules, it implies that the screener is entitled to the same space as the defender. So if the defender is going around the screener can move with them. However if the defender goes straight into to body of the screener and the screener is moving, than it’s a moving screen. So it’s up to the defender to create enough contact that the distinction goes from entitled to same space to moving screen.

Thoughts 💭 on these Knecht Comparisons: 1) Current - Taller/More Athletic Version of Tyler Herro. 2) Ceiling - Taller Version of Devin Booker.
@AllLove030718 сағат бұрын
Interesting
@LakerFilmRoom8 сағат бұрын
I'm with you on the Herro comp, he's a name I've thought of too, although he's a little stronger than Herro and Herro has more ball-handling chops. I think Booker is a little beyond Dalton's ceiling mostly because of the defensive end (Book has more ball-handling too) but I do think Dalton could eventually be a 25 ppg guy who's passable on defense, which is usually the type of player who makes a couple of All-Star games in their career.

Quick suggestion, Pete: add the word "on" after the "and" when you say "you can support me on Patreon and (on) Buy Me a Coffee." I had to do a double take the first few times I heard you say it, because I thought you were literally asking for coffee. I bet I'm not the only one.
