I am a ddr kid, and have the $500 dance pad for DDR to play it on PC. This new version looks much easier and fun in the sense that at least with this version, you don't need to worry about your feet being exactly in the middle of an arrow in order for your steps to register, this just looks alot of fun without the worry of precise steps and accuracy.

My local arcade used to have a ddr and an xbox with just dance, as well as taiko drums for the TNT. They removed those and never again put them there. It seems people on the lunch area (mainly the smoking area that is right in front of the arcade in the shop) placed a complaint of it being too loud.
@keshiki2711 ай бұрын
Cinemas here have made similar complaints about this game 😮💨 Luckily we were only forced to lower the volume, not relocate the game somewhere else.

This was more freestyle. Basically more who played this could play like expert ddr players who did spins and pendulum movements on the arrows which was harder to do. However here was easier as you got to move around more freely with vertical and horizontal movement.

I would LOVE to try this game out, unfortunately the only time I've seen it is at a summer convention where it's already hot to move, let alone dance! And arcades are such an overload of lights and noise that I've unfortunately never gotten the chance to enjoy one! Would be perfect if there existed a home version like DDR has, but I have no clue how that would be made both functional and affordable since it's not big buttons but a whole 'touchpad'!

@@keshiki27 Yep, not register when stepping near other foot around the center of the pad, also it doesn't seem to be sensor under the side cover, it just there to secure the stage, try touching/pushing on the while cylinder that's under the pad and then inbetween, I believe the feet detection comes from 6x10 pressure sensitive cylinders under the stage.
