The director got involved on the wrong side of a racial controversy and hardly anyone wanted anything to do with this film because of the things he said online... ironically, he turned into a cyberbully against people he thought were being cyberbullies... Just human nature getting in the way of everything, it seems. I guess I get where he was coming from, but if anyone I'm close to gets in trouble for saying something racist, they already know I'm not helping them, that's on them lol. If he kept that guideline in life, this would have bee a major release in theaters. Great flick.
