How many can do this without stumbling and stuttering , falling into cliches , and clearly inadequate consideration of any topic , even in some obvious cases , by babbling complete nonsense .yet these are the ones who are supposed to represent people ? There’s something very wrong happening , where the ambitious. , the self indulgent and lacking in ethics and integrity are the ones elected , I wonder why ? How are they chosen as a supposed good person to act as a representative for the people ?it’s a obvious question .when we then see articulate , honourable people such as this woman having to fight for what seems obvious .

I like this woman, Tulsi Gabbard. She speaks commonsense truth. But not as a dramatic ideologue. She's calm, articulate and says it with a smile. The rare class she showed in setting the record straight with the "ladies" who besmirched her patriotism on The View is a textbook lesson in grace and dignity.

@@rex-c6v perhaps you have a point, I have an ancestor Walter Q Gresham who was the 33ed Secretary of State, he also changed his party affiliation as he became Secretary of State, but brought with him his values. Walter Q Gresham has been called the most anti-imperialist in American History as Secretary of State, in our changing world, in my opinion, we need someone like that, I believe Tulsi Gabbard might be a good choice for Secretary of State, but I believe she would be a good choice for Vice President.

Thank You for this remarkable interview! It provided my soul with much-needed nourishment for daily struggle to remain optimistic. The way Ms Gabbard speaks about difficult topics is both refreshing and distinct from most of today's "one-way rap chant" politicians. This is a reminder that calm reasoning was the normal for most of America's history - and can be again! Her delivery echoes Mark Twain's advice: "Just tell the truth, you'll have a lot less to remember". At 64 yrs I focus on the actions taken over a period of time rather than words, especially when it comes to evaluating a person's character. I find it very encouraging to know of Ms Gabbard's past choices, decisions, and overall performance in various situations of intense adversity. These are the life experiences that forge character - and great Leaders! God Bless Tulsi Gabbard!
