Cocoa WAS like this in the beginning, (Spoiler Alert) now in the manga, she will be achieving her dream to become the best bread baker in the world, opening her own bakery, and will be moving to the big city as seen throughout all of volume 8 of the manga for a few years for further training, either she'll be staying with her dad(who is a university professor in the as mentioned big city in volume 8), or owning her own place to stay. And the Cawfee vs Green tea meme that is from this anime is now thrown into a pile of dust, because Cocoa is not doing coffee, she is going after Bread. Chino IS the one doing coffee this time.

Has anybody ever read the manga for this series? I wanna know if they ever explain why, like, Rize just so happens to have martial training and a gun permit in Japan, or why Grandpa just so happened to get reincarnated as a white floofball. Not that I want the answers, I'm just wondering if they exist.

For Rise, her father was an ex-military along with chino's father. So she always has had an fascination with military related stuff and so happened to live in the perfect enviroment to learn those things, and her father always supported her. For Grandpa, what the series leans to is that magic seems to exist in the world, like how In a flashback where Cocoa and Grandpa meet while he's still human, he mentions that he wishe he was reeincarnated as a rabbit so he wouldn't need to do anything and just goof around, like them. Cocoa also meet Chino's dead mother during a halloween event on the city.
