The bite of a bull shark is as deadly as it wants to be. It means business and anything is in for a very bad day. Sharks are probably the coolest animals on earth.

I remember when Jaws movie came out. Alot of sharks got a bad rap. We also need to ban shark fins worldwide. These poor animals suffer, as far as I remember, their fins are cut off while they are alive.

Another cool video Jack! It's great that you make these informative videos about the beauty and importance of wildlife by informing people that they are not these killing or harmful beings seeking to kill or harm us out of evilness! I would just ask you to consider doing more tarantula bites and pain comparisons! There are a huge number of people who keep tarantulas worldwide (including myself) and I bet that it would attract the attention of a lot more people to your channel! There are extremely few reliable testimonies and reports of accidental bites and a lot of myths and misconceptions that end up being viewed/ taken as facts over time, when in reality there is very scarce data! And also more videos about lizards because I love them! You don't need to caught them because I know how hard it is to catch one but you could use fish net traps and place insects inside to attract them! Thank you and all the best to your channel!

I love sharks too. They're SO awesome! Though I'm not sure I'm equally as brave as Jack. I would dive with maybe a lemon shark. While Jack dove with bull sharks. Quite the difference. Jack's much more brave than me.

I think it's amazing how they have unique organs that can sense the Slightest electrical impulses around them. How their skin is basically a ton of tiny teeth. How salmon Sharks have a unique ability to maintain a higher body temperature then the cold waters that they live in. Allowing salmon Sharks to be much more active then their prey that gets slower in colder temperatures. There's a lot more. Point is They are awesome.

I just learned the other day that Jaws was based on a bull shark by Peter Bechley. I had always assumed it was based on a great white, but was changed to a great white in the book. I know you're the expert, but the White Shark has proven it will devour a human. Same with Tiger Sharks. I'm not a biologist like you, but I've been fascinated with them my entire life. I watch quite a few other biologists who show (not show, but tell the story) of most recently an 18ft white shark devoured a surfer in South Africa, another in 2015 that was described as a dinosaur and was estimated to be between 18-20ft. There are plenty more, but White Sharks absolutely will eat a human. In 2020 a Tiger Shark attempted to eat a surfer whole in Queensland until people paddled out. The Red Triangle in the Pacific have more White Shark attacks than anywhere. In summary, only really White Sharks, Tiger Sharks, and Black Tip have known to really eat people. The USS Indianapolis crew are the most famous of the black tips eating people. I would surmise a Mako would probably try being a relative of the Great White, but as far as I know no one has ever been eaten by one. Lewis Boren was killed in 1981 by what they measured was 20ft. But I agree with you that Bull Sharks don't normally eat people, but hit an artery or the people just bleed to death from massive blood loss. But not all sharks are equal. 99.999% of sharks don't eat people, but a hungry Great White or Tiger don't care. That reminds me of a horrifying footage I saw of a family on a boat and they saw a shark coming and as a woman was trying her best to get back to the boat the Tiger took her with it. And that Tiger who ate that Russian man last year. His final words still haunt me. "Papa, save me!" It happened in Egypt. All his dad and girlfriend/wife could do was watch on in horror. Great Whites and Tigers are brutal. They are just doing what they know, and that's survive. Adapt or die. Seeing that footage horrified me. Those last words are haunting.

I'm not very likely to replicate the bite of a bull shark at home, as I live in the UK, we don't have bull sharks, and I don't have a home big enough to keep a bull shark in? My anxiety was of the scale watching you in the water with them!

It's an undeniable sad fact that we humans have been responsible for the extinction of countless species of animals all over our planet and I can't help but think or feel in my heart that mother nature is only going to allow us to get away with just so many before we ourselves find ourselves heading down the road to extinction. Everything operates on a fine balance in nature and we've already upset that balance way too far I don't think we can get away with much more. I wish everyone would start being a lot more mindful and aware of the impact we're making on our beautiful planet. Don't get me wrong I'm far from one of those hardcore environmentalist who demands we reduce our carbon footprint and eat only bugs etc you know who I'm talking about. Those people really are about the money and not really saving the planet and I'm not a tree hugging hippie either lol not that I think there's anything wrong with those who are but I'm just a common sense naturalist type who tries very hard to understand our world and all the creatures making a living on it and use that understanding to figure out how to better live with the multitude of life around us instead of killing it so I feel more comfortable in it. And that's why I really appreciate and love what Jack and Spencer are doing. Back in my day we had a lot of people going out in nature and showing wildlife we probably would never see in real life and we got a lesson each time on how important these animals are to our world and among them was my all time favorite Steve Irwin and he was on a whole other level of conversation and education in wildlife and it didn't matter what creature he was showcasing you knew it was going to be exciting and you're going to learn something new. And when he sadly passed I was wrecked and I was doubtful that I'd find anyone else in my lifetime that would come close to Steve but after finding Jack and his friend Spencer I started feeling like they have what it takes and what's really awesome is they're young or at least way younger than I am and my generation so it gives me a lot of hope and happiness knowing that they are going to be the Steve Irwin to the younger generations and kids are going to grow up watching and learning from them and like me become even more passionate and mindful of our planet and our place in it. Sorry for the long crazy comment but I think those who are like me will get it. We need Jack and Spencer and as many more as possible especially younger ones who will carry the torch onward to future generations. Life is beautiful all life and it's just as precious to the smallest of life as it is to the biggest and in appreciating and cherishing their life we're in return appreciating and cherishing our own. ..

I mean you want to go diving with bull sharks why don't you wear one of those electric suit things that keep them at a distance because it shocks them or whatever it's been proven to be 100% effective at least way better safer than just doing what you're doing unless you plan on like trying to turn the bull shark upside down and play with it and all that which I doubt that you're trying to do that and I would get one of those too so I don't understand or at least get one of those mesh suits but if it was me I would just get one of those electric shock things

So am I. I'm curious about why there are so many shark attacks but not as curious as you. I see.
@jadeswrapsandbraids28 күн бұрын
See I know that you said that the tiger shark and Great White are more dangerous than the bull shark that’s where you’re wrong. But then you went on to explain that the white shot the great white and the tiger shark can’t go into the rivers. And that’s the explanation of why the bull shark is more dangerous than the great white and the tiger sharks. There have been more attacks and deaths on humans and animals by bull sharks for that very reason because it can go up shore on the rivers. Because they have adapted to the rivers, they actually preferred to breed in the rivers. And juveniles are the ones that attack. If you want, for instance just go to New York City. They’ve been many many many attacks in the Hudson River. Don’t think any major amount of deaths but definitely a good amount of attacks over the years.

God Jack it always makes me nervous with my KZbin stars like to go diving with sharks I mean that's just not worth the risk if you ask me I mean you'll get the views but just like handling venomous snakes or anything like that every time you play with them is another chance that you're going to get messed up sure I get it I know all about sharks and I know it's unlikely but so is getting bit by venomous snake please stop putting yourself in like that kind of predicament because of that bull shark gets all of you you're dead there's no anti-venom there's nothing
