The problem is that Trump and his crew have lied as well. This isn't a Whataboutism but rather a point that each side's lies kinda cancel out, in that "if you hate the other side lying, why do you accept your own side lying?" It's not even about the degree, because just because technically one side has bigger or worse lies, it doesn't suddenly excuse the other side of their own lies. So since the lying didn't affect things, it instead boiled down to people thinking Biden would bring back the good times of Obama in 2020, only for enough of them to be convinced that Biden actually made things even worse, and so enough people were will willing to take _LITERALLY ANYONE_ to fix it. If Biden stuck to his one term, and/or if Kamala put more distance between her policies and Bidens (eg "I represent the good of Biden but we will do things better than he did it") then they would've had a chance.

When they announced Trump won -- I literally cried tears of happiness!! I felt a two-ton weight lift off of my shoulders. I couldn't go to sleep until the early morning hours of November 6th. I kept thinking that the Democrats would somehow reverse it and remain in power?! Before the election, each and every time I saw Kamala Harris give her word-salad speeches and come to realize that she had no real substance, she had no idea of how government worked -- it instilled a great fear within me knowing that she could possibly win. Just like millions of Americans everywhere I felt our country was in limbo until the election and then I thought that the Democrats were going to cheat and remain in power. Everyone knew that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were not in charge of our country -- we had a 'regime' running our country and they did everything they knew to destroy Trump to keep him from running for president. They even influenced assassins to take him out! Americans watched their maniacal destructive behavior and how they weaponized the legal system against Trump and his family. They intended to put him and members of his family in prison! When he won by a landslide -- that alone showed the whole world that people were fed up and that we weren't going to allow a 'regime' to stay in power! A regime that would continue to allow millions of foreigners to come into our country and take it over and bankrupt our country. I'm so grateful to God and so thankful to the American people of every race for coming together and voting this evil 'regime' out of power! .
