So picture this. The pizza came from outside Silent Hill. The delivery guy traveled all that way to bring it to Eddie in the apartment. This dude is just a regular guy, so he probably can't see the monsters. After a long struggle delivering the pizza, Eddie didn't give him any money, which totally pissed him off. He started trash talking Eddie's gross look. And then you know Eddie lost it and killed the guy and stuffed him inside the fridge.

Food is connected to Eddie's psychology in a big and unhealthy way. I think eating is a coping mechanism for him, so it'd make sense that the power of the town would feed into that and supply him with his form of kryptonite that ultimately hurts Eddie if he chooses to indulge. In this case, it's pizza. I think Maria could be James' pizza or kryptonite in the game. There's even an ending where he chooses her and is forced to live through his past mistakes all over again.

Think in the original, already hinted that, the characters have their own dimension. In Eddies version, he doesn't see similar to what James or Angela or even Laura sees, his world only see his bullies that constantly laugh at him, while Angela see fire everywhere. For Laura, her world probably is just an empty town, thus she casually play in an empty town carefree.

I always assumed the pizza was cold, but that didn't translate over I think their intention was "look how callous and gross he is, eating an entire pizza", which in Japan? Sure. Pizza is kind of a luxury... but out of Japan? Most relatable thing ever, everyone can agree with eating a whole pizza, we've all been there, especially if we were stuck in a nightmare. So the change to a giant tub of ice cream and eating it with his hands, I think was to come off as more obviously gross. Not to mention, it looks melted, so its just some slop.

When Eddie fled from Police, he wasn't on foot. He was in his car. His car held all the pizza that he had picked up in his car before he fled. He parked his car outside and carried the pizza with him to his apartment, bowling alley, and theater. The pizza was from another town.

if bloober ever does DLC they should think about showing the other characters in their silent hill. it made sense that Maria's was foggy like James since they are connected, but it would be interesting to see Angela's world where she's searching for her 'mama' and there is fire everywhere, or Eddie's world where his weight and eating are the horror, Laura's world might be interesting, it could be bright and cheerful.. but still really creepy if you look closely. They could even have a totally new character for a DLC.

Her world is innocent and bright, my brother mentioned this to me - when you're in the hospital in the beginning, the sun shines through the windows at the reception desk, no fog or anything and later, when James is alone again it gets dark. Her drawings depict James (I guess) as a dark wolf and her surroundings (she as a rabbit) are full of flowers.

The final time we see pizza head is when he rides off after he puts on his leather jacket with an XL supreme pizza image on the back. He than turned back and said "man this town is whack yo"

I can explain how Eddie gets pizza in Silent Hill. His own personal hell is COLD PIZZA. So the town keeps conjuring up luke warm pizza, Eddie has to finish it before it gets cold. I mean i could easily explain this Every character in the game has their own interpretation of Silent Hill that we cant see because we’re playing as James However we have caught glimpses of their interpretation at times Angela’s silent hill is one that’s on fire constantly Laura’s we dont see but we know all she sees is the town, devoid of monsters And eddies is cold or frozen over Silent hill also creates interpretations of ones subconscious For james he sees monsters representing his wife and subtle hints in the environment that detail not only his wife but James’s fate Angela we know would have interpretations of abuse and her father and likely her silent hill would have environmental subtleties to represent that as well, the apartments we see her in for example which i’m sure james sees as his own apartment Eddie would have interpretations of guilt, murder, and bullying, as well as most likely eating disorder And representations of that subtlety would probably be the food itself that we find him consuming And environmentally the prison and the meat locker is his interpretation, james also sees the prison because he feels like he belongs there and he sees the meat locker because subconsciously he’s curious where to hide mary’s body and that could be a place to hide her My whole point to all of this is silent hill provides memories provided by your subconscious into reality And i’m sure while james cant see it, that bowling alley is stacked with food for Eddie

I really think they can see inside others minds a bit, but it has to depend on something, maybe Eddie was already really really close to lose his mind and that's why, that could explain why James only started to experience Angela's "reality" later during the stair scene and why he couldn't experience anything about Laura's.

@@SGHNTZ i’d say it’s more understanding He could interpret Angela’s silent hill because he finally realizes what he did to Mary and realizes he’s no better than Angela’s father because he in a similar way abused Mary as he was suffocating her and finally realized that he’s not the person to comfort angela, finally realized that touch wasn’t the way to Console her but by then it was too late And for Eddie while he didn’t understand it at the time his subconscious made him feel like he needed to be punished Thats why pyramid head exists, thats why the prison segment exists His subconscious was keeping these events in his reality so long that when he met up with eddie again for his boss fight he could interpret his Silent hill Plus his guilt from killing Mary makes him feel as though he needs to hide what he did, hide Mary’s body, and well a meat locker might be a good place to hide a body

I got a small lead, maybe it will help somehow, most likely not. So Eddie arrived to SH with Laura in the white van that is parked at the overlook where James parked his car too. If you inspect the van, you will notice a big soft drink cup just behind the windshield on the dashboard on the drivers side. So Eddie was prepared for the journey and most likely brought some fast food, possibly pizza with him. Maybe the ice cream originally belonged to Laura.

Its very likely that in the original the reason why we cant see where eddie got his pizza from is because the experience and visuals of silent hill are so personalised that eddie who is hungry sees a place to order and make pizza from whilst james who doesn't care to eat blocks this on purpose. Which makes sense cause at one point in the game there is crates of alcohol suggesting james is an alcoholic.

Before I watch the video, I believe Eddie's Silent Hill is a frozen wasteland. His breath is always visible even when James' isn't. So he might see the Ice cream as frozen, and completely normal to eat

the easy answer would be that Silent hill is different for every character to James it is his personal hell to Laura it seems it just is a normal town no monsters not anything to Angela it is her old town and she seems to see no monsters except for her father and to Eddie it is just a town filled with ( according to him) people that mock him but stil just a Town so maybe in his version he still sees other people since he killed several people lying about it and saying he found them dead already so maybe he ordered a pizza from a character and then killed them because they looked at him funny... Tbh We will probably never know the true answer since we only see Silent hill trough James his perspective we get a Glimpse into Angela's perpsective though but just a glimpse.
