I am the wrong side of 85 to rope jump but way back when I rode in what were then called scrambles, my buddy and I used our kid sisters skipping ropes to develop skills we found useful to control 400 pounds of motorcycle on the rough. Never did achieve your speed and elegance but watching you today makes an old heart sing.

Lauren, I am 60 and unable to do the jump rope sue to back injuries but when I was in my 20's I did jump rope as part of work outs and that was the best part to me and I just wanted to let you know that I enjoy all your content because it is real and you show how it can be fun and not just the boring hop over a swinging rope.
