I am so grateful that you showed concern for the environment. And I am sorry that I didn't pick up the tissue. I am though very mindful about not to throw plastics in the open or avoid taking synthetic bags from shops when I buy something. I thought tissue can decompose easily...but yes, sticking to the truth, it makes the surrounding look dirty.
