I know you are too busy to respond to all the comments, but I just wanted to let you know how much I have learned from you. I don't have major resources, but I have been able to find and flip several nice vintage items that I never would have even tried before watching you. I'm on a very limited income and every penny counts. I found a western signed lithograph from the 1920s, several vintage art glass pieces, a rare Stangl vase, and quite a few smaller items. You have given me more confidence and made my life more comfortable. I've always loved art and vintage items...but it's YOU who has opened doors for me. 4:39 FAO Schwartz was a toy company and yes, they made plush. Vintage and Newer plush before they closed recently have a brass button kind of like Steiff, somewhere on the plush. Antique plush like that one likely only had a hang Tag, long gone. But, yes, FAO Schwartz was a plush toy maker and their stuff sells. Especially now since they've ceased making toys. I'm a plush collector and I love their stuff. Toys R Us carried their plush line until they closed and then FAO closed. :( so, there stuff will likely start increasing in value. Brass button on the vintage and more modern stuffies says the company name.

You inspired me and now I have my own eBay shop! vintagethriftynurse! I’m a nurse and my father was at the nursing home I work at. I was so stressed thinking of how I was going to pay his bill (over $1,000 a month) and the eBay really helps. He passed away this morning. Too bad we can't see the asking price on that one. I think ours was smaller (Mid Century Modern California Originals Pottery USA White Texture Vase 11” Tall) . Pretty sure I remember George (Antique Nomad) saying that Treasure Craft pieces made in Cali may not be marked "Treasure Craft", but they are TC. The oldest pieces were made in Hawaii, then they farmed some out to Cali later on for Disney. That's a cool piece.

It just comes over and metaphorically whacks you upside the head with itself. I suppose someone _might_ have made a paint-by-numbers knockoff, but the style's so distinctive I can't but believe Enid had her hands on the process SOMEplace in there. 14:41 KAWAIIIIiiiiiiiii!!!
